Like many successful business ventures, the idea to create CouchBag® Slipcovers was born out of frustration. Business owner, Kathy Koop, had been unable to find a furniture slipcover that came in the colours she wanted, had the simple style she envisioned and the staying power that she needed, all at an affordable price. The simple design of CouchBag® slipcovers utilize the "hugging" quality of stretch fabric, and the unique idea of cinching the cover under the couch to provide a very effective, stay-put design.

Kathy has used the same stretch fabric to design other highly effective furniture slipcovers like the unique Chair Gloves (Kitchen, Dining Room and Parson's chair covers);custom ottoman covers and the unique Lazy Boy style covers that can even accommodate the pull out foot rest!
